Mariana

Boat

Mariana is a 30 meters long, 8 meters wide traditional wooden style safariboat. It cruises at 9 knots per hour.

Mariana is built in December 2005 and having undergone extensive refit in Summer 2008, It was attractively designed in traditional Maldivian style. This is a real comfortable boat with enough space and is excellent for a liveaboard trip.

The main deck offers a fan cooled dining room and saloon area, equipped with comfortable sofas and chairs, and a cosy bar offering a range of drinks including beer, wine and imported spirits. You will also find audio, DVD and TV / video equipment.

Mariana provides a variety of European, Asian and Maldivian dishes. Three meals a day are served including tea and coffee. During the seven-night itineraries, a BBQ is also organized on an uninhabited island.

Mariana has a dive dhoni which is used to store equipment away from the main boat. There is also ample space to kit up and the dhoni allows divers to enter the water right above the many great dive spots.

Cabin

Mariana featuring 9 guest cabins, it can accommodate 16 guests :

All cabins have ensuite-bathroom, air-conditioning, storage area, outlets, and other facilities.

1 Upper Cabin:
Located on the upper deck, this cabin comes with a double bed, seaview windows.

1 Upper Cabin:
Located on the upper deck, this cabin comes with two single beds side by side, seaview windows.

1 Main Deck Cabin:
Located on the main deck, this cabin comes with two single beds side by side, seaview windows.

2 Single Cabins:
Located on the lower deck, each cabin comes with a small double bed, portholes. Suitable for single travellers.

3 Standard Cabins:
Located on the lower deck, each cabin comes with two single bed, portholes.

1 Standard Cabin:
Located on the lower deck, this cabin comes with one double bed and one single bed in bunk style, portholes.

Diving

• 16 - 17 dives per week (1 night dive is included per week).
• No dive on the embarkation and disembarkation day.
• Only 1 - 2 dives will be provided on the last diving day.
• All diving will provide experienced guide to lead the dive.

Baa Atoll incl. Hanifaru Bay | 8D/7N | 16 - 17 dives

For who: Beginner and experienced divers, Snorkelers
Type of dives: Mostly Thilas, few channels possible. Snorkeling in Hanifaru Bay in Baa atoll

North and Central Atolls | 8D/7N to 15D/14N
